José Carlos Mangual launched his successful entertainment career producing commercials, music videos, and television mini series for the Puerto Rican and Latin American markets. In 2003, he received his Master of Fine Arts degree in Film Producing from the world renowned, The American Film Institute.

Upon graduation, José Carlos produced the feature film, HOW THE GARCIA GIRLS SPENT THEIR SUMMER, which was released theatrically in the U.S., in May of 2008. This film was an official selection at the 2005 Sundance Film Festival, as well as at the 2005 Toronto Film Festival, and was and an award winner at the 2005 San Sebastian Film Festival.

José Carlos also production managed the Puerto Rican feature film, CAYO, and line-produced the feature film, JACK STATIN. He also line-produced and worked as the UPM of two multi-million-dollar destination films, FIELDS OF FREEDOM and GEORGE WASHINGTON: WE FIGHT TO BE FREE, the latter of which, he also produced.

In addition, José Carlos has given back to the Latino filmmaking community by serving as the Festival Manager at the Los Angeles Latino International Film Festival, in 2006, and as the National Conference Manager for the National Association of Latino Independent Producers (NALIP), in 2008.

José Carlos is a founding partner of Eclipse, a production company based in Los Angeles with a sister company in South America, Zul Studios. José Carlos has been a UPM member of the Directors Guild of America since 2006 and is currently the Production Manager on the hit Reality television show, LA INK, for The Learning Channel.

Casting Director

Rosalinda Morales is a native of Los Angeles, California and attended the University of Southern California, where she achieved a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theater. Rosalinda began her career in the entertainment industry, over twenty-five years ago, as a casting associate moving on to become a Talent Agent where she developed up-and-coming talent in the areas of television, film, theater, and commercials.

After a ten-year stint representing talent, Rosalinda returned to casting and production, working with such notable industry professionals as veteran television producer, Stu Segall (REYES Y REY and ANGELES–Telemundo Network/Sony) and indie filmmaker, Ken Loach (BREAD AND ROSES).

Rosalinda’s focus on diversity casting has lead her to work throughout the U.S. and internationally on film, television, and theatre projects in the areas of production and casting. Rosalinda’s recent notable feature casting credits are UNDER THE SAME MOON (La Misma Luna, in Spanish), LADRON QUE ROBA LADRON, and POR VIDA (For Life), a cautionary urban tale with a diverse cast, starring Danny Glover, Elizabeth Peña, Snoop Dogg, and Kate del Castillo.

Rosalinda is currently in pre-production on the independent feature films: FLIGHTS OF FANCY (El Lujo de Soñar, in Spanish) and 700 HILL.
